Jade Goody is no longer with us

British reality star Jade goody has lost the  battle with cervical cancer.

The mom of two, 27, who recently married boyfriend Jack Tweed, passed away in her sleep at her home in Essex, southeast England.

Goody was detected with cancer in 2008 but the disease spread to her liver, groin and bowel and she was told it was fatal in February.

She was being treated at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London but wanted to die at home with her family, new husband and sons, Bobby, five, and Freddy, four.

Goody became famous after appearing on the Channel 4 show Big Brother.

Shilpa Shetty is glad for not able to see Jade Goody

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has said that she’s pleased that she didn’t get to see her disappearing friend Jade Goody – because she wants to memorize her as the cheerful girl she met two years ago.

Shetty had planned to see the former Big Brother star on her trip to London but couldn’t meet her when Goody’s health worsened.

However, the 33-year-old winner of Big Brother said that she prized the last phone discussion she had with Goody.

“I am happy in a way I haven’t got to see Jade,” The Sun quoted Shetty, as saying on her blog.

“It would’ve depressed me no end. I always want to remember her smiling, the lively strong companionable Jade, a true trooper,” she added.

However, Shetty admitted that she feels bad knowing that if she’d planned her trip earlier, she would have been able to see Goody.

The actress said that she’s been praying for Goody and has been keeping up-to-date with her progress with their shared publicist Max Clifford.

“I feel even worse ’cause maybe I could’ve met her if I was here two days earlier. You are in my prayers Jade – you are fate’s child,” she said.

Jade Goody loses vision

Cancer stricken British reality TV star Jade Goddy has lost sight and doctors anticipate that she is nearing to death.

The former Big Brother star is terrified that she might not be able to see her sons, five year old Bobby and four year old Freddie and does not wants to die in the hospital and so she wants to go home.

Goody is expected to return home today.
